TV News: First Photo of Lincoln as Rick Grimes in The Walking Dead

Attention, all Walking Dead fans!  Andrew Lincoln (better known in more romantic movies like Love, Actually and Wuthering Heights) takes the lead in The Walking Dead, an upcoming AMC television series as Rick Grimes, the cop leading a group of survivors in an overrun zombie world.  We've seen some of the graphic zombie makeup work for the show, and AMC finally gives us our first look at Lincoln as Grimes.  Check out the picture below!

New Comic Day: What Did T Pull?

Well as a possible new feature I will let you know what I decided to spend money on during my weekly visit to the comic shop. I will follow up tomorrow on how much I either enjoyed or was disappointed by the actual pulls.

Today I picked up:
Siege Aftermath: Avengers Prime 1
Justice Society of America 39
Brightest Day 3
Red Robin 13
JSA All Stars 7
Superman Batman Annual 4

I've only read Superman Batman Annual 4 so far. I have been a big fan of the DC Animated Universe since Batman the Animated Series premiered in 92'. It's really good to see DC Comics incorporating Batman Beyond into the tapestry of continuity. Especially if we take it as a multiverse possibility. I'll give you more of my review on that annual tomorrow but now the real question is WHAT DID YOU BUY? Do you like the same books I do or do you hate them? In either case tell me why. I want to know.

ANSWER THE CALL!

At 7am this morning I awoke to a loud knocking on my front door. When I opened the door, a Fedex Overnight courier handed me a giant poster tube and told me that this was required to be here by 8am. I opened the package and found that it contained an awesome poster and a statement about information for a new series from WarnerBros that will be debuting in 2011 on Cartoon Network: THUNDERCATS!

Here is the information contained within:
