Movie Review: The Hangover Part III
The Hangover (2009) introduced us to one of the funniest buddy comedy casts ever. The Wolfpack returns in The Hangover Part III, but this time the formula that was repeated in Part II and earned the franchise so much critical derision is abandoned in favor of a tale that spins off of the events in the previous movies but does not simply ape them.
Blu-ray Review: True Blood The Complete Fifth Season
It’s been a long winter, and as soon as it starts getting warm, I think of the summer. And with summer comes True Blood. On June 16th the show will be back for its sixth season, but they didn’t want to make their fans wait too long. We got the DVD and Blu-ray releases of True Blood The Complete Fifth Season out, so it’s time to close out the sun, lock ourselves in an underground facility with a pack of half-mad vampires, and hope Sam Merlotte isn’t looking to kill any of us. Because damn does he know how to make something hurt. Let me get my sweet tea and sway to the sound of “Bad Things” by Jace Everett.
Blu-Ray Review: Bullet In The Face
Within just a few minutes of viewing Bullet in the Face for the very first time, it became very clear to me what I could expect from this show. Stylised over-the-top acting (complete with cliched accents), excessive violence, morbid humour and a psychotic lead character are all key ingredients to this very quirky yet strangely enjoyable meal.
Movie Review: Star Trek Into Darkness
The crew of the USS Enterprise returns for further big screen adventures with the latest installment in the franchise: Star Trek Into Darkness. Directed by J.J. Abrams, this new story in the Trek universe focuses on a threat that hits close to home, and forces the intrepid group of explorers to face their deepest fears. Star Trek (2009) had set the bar so high that it was hard to not to walk into the sequel without raised expectations.
DVD Review: Ace Attorney
Phoenix Wright is a novice lawyer who obviously has potential but his bumbling nature and his tendency to get overwhelmed by new facts and evidence stop him from achieving greatness, while his rival Miles Edgeworth is cool and collected and seems to have every possible angle covered before any trial, as his perfect win record shows.

DVD Review: Wolverine and the X-Men – The Complete Series
The series begins with a mysterious explosion at the X-Men’s school, and the actions pick up a year later with Senator Kelly’s Mutant Response Division (MRD) forces waging a war against mutants. Wolverine begins reforming the now disbanded X-Men when a new and more serious threat emerges as Xavier sends news from the future of a very dire apocalypse taking place that Wolverine and the X-Men must try to prevent.
TV Review: The Walking Dead 1×01 “Days Gone Bye”

Movie Review: Iron Man 3
The Invincible Iron Man returns to the big screen for his latest solo adventure in Iron Man 3. After the events of Marvel’s The Avengers, our armored hero hasn’t quite been the same. It’s hard to blame Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr – The Avengers) for being a little off after teaming up with a Norse God, a monster, a living legend, and a couple of spies to fight off an alien invasion. Stark better get his act together quickly, because a new terrorist threat has emerged, and it will soon be up to Iron Man to save the day! Taking cues from the fan-favorite “Extremis” storyline, Iron Man 3 is the perfect way to get “Phase Two” of the Marvel Cinematic Universe into motion!
PlayStation 3 Review: Mortal Kombat – Komplete Edition
In a move of sheer genius, this reboot returns the series to its origins, resulting in one hell of an excellent fighting game.
TV Review: Once Upon a Time 2×20 “The Evil Queen”
Chelsea and Jachelle talk about the newest episode of Once Upon a Time and whether or not The Evil Queen can be redeemed, should be redeemed, or if they should just stop beating a dead horse. The show is slowly moving toward the finale, but a little too slow for us. Once Upon a Time is on ABC Sunday nights at 8 PM EST.
TV Review: Game of Thrones 3×5 “Kissed By Fire”
Chelsea and Jachelle discuss the new episode of Game of Thrones "Kissed by Fire." How many shapely naked people from behind do we see this episode? The answer is five, and they're mostly not gratuitous. Shocker. Game of Thrones is on HBO Sunday nights at 9 PM EST.
