Cowabunga Dude! 25 years ago the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were created. Over those many years, they have had several successful television series, movies and videogames. To celebrate this milestone of the hit series, Lionsgate is releasing Season 7 of the original animated cartoon and they are doing it in style! Instead of just releasing a standard box set, they have broken the season up into 4 parts, each representing one of the turtles! Additionally each of these volumes includes a miniature figurine!

Episode Highlights: "Tower of Power"- The Turtles win an all expense paid cruise to Europe! It turns out they aren't the only ones heading over seas, as Shredder and Krang have hatched a new plot to use the Eiffel Tower as a giant magnet to bring the Technodrome to Earth from Dimension X! Can the Turtles stop this plot in time? "The Lost Queen of Atlantis"- The Turtles continue their world tour in Greece where they stumble onto a plot to restore the Queen of Atlantis to power!? But why does the Queen look like April? "Shredder's New Sword"- The Shredder claims the mystical sword Excalibur as his own and proclaims himself king! If the Turtles don't act fast then the world as they know it will no longer exist! Maybe they can get a little help from Merlin himself… "Ring of Fire"- Krang has set in motion a plan to harness the power of the Sun! Now the Turtles must stop him from using this heat ray to destroy Lisbon, as well as making sure they stay out of the way of the Running of the Bulls! "Night of the Dark Turtle"- Donatello is accidentally hit with a stray laser beam during a fight with the Shredder and begins acting…a little different than usual. He takes on a new persona and becomes the Dark Turtle! "Night of the Rogues"- The Shredder finally decides to destroy the Turtles once and for all and has assembled an army of their enemies! Now the Turtles must face off against Shredder, Leatherhead, Tempestra, Chrome Dome, Antrax, The Rat King and Slash!! Special Features Each volume in the set contains one of the special features below (to view all of the special features, you will have to collect them all!) -New Interviews with the Hit Show's Creative Team -New Interviews with the TMNT Creators -A look back at the Most Turtletastic Toys -Devoted and Die-Hard TMNT Fans Speak! Overall This set was extremely entertaining to watch and brought me back to my childhood. The episodes have been transferred very cleanly to DVD and you can tell that some extra attention went into making these sets. If you are feeling nostalgic then you should go check these out! ComicsOnline gives TMNT Season 7 5 out of 5 attempts to get out of Dimension X!!!
