If you haven’t been reading The Invincible Iron Man, you’ve been missing out on the best stories from the Fall of X! The dynamic between Tony Stark and Emma Frost has been an absolute highlight, and it has been a joy watching Tony take down Feilong after the acquisition of Stark Unlimited. We’ve seen Tony go after those who have stolen his tech before, but this war has taken things to an entirely new level. The surprising twist about the true nature of the Mark 72 armor was a truly epic reveal, as Tony finally got to suit up and take on Feilong’s Sentinels in his new mysterium infused creation: The Sentinel Buster!

The battle goes big for this new issue, with Tony swatting the Sentinels like flies. It was truly a reckoning, and the creative team did not hold back on this action-packed issue. From the narrative to the lettering, every single aspect of this issue is GOLD. How will this chapter impact the mutant’s war to takedown Orchis? And what happens now that Feilong’s own War Machine armor is in play? We have entered the endgame for this chapter of the X-Men’s saga, and I truly hope that we get to see more from the Iron Man/X-Men dynamic as we enter the next era for Marvel Comics. Do yourself a favor and grab a copy of The Invincible Iron Man #16 this week at your local comic shop. You will not be disappointed!

(Managing Editor/Director of Media Relations) Matt interviewed MacGyver once (true story), and was invited on a submarine to the Arctic. It hasn't happened yet, but Matt hopes that some day he will get the call and he and Richard Dean Anderson will go off and have a wacky adventure.
